Privacy.
This site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which writing is worth continuing — no ads, no cross-site or advertising trackers, and no cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. A random visit ID exists only in page memory and is replaced when you reload or reopen the site. The analytics code does not save it in cookies, local storage, or session storage, and does not use it to recognize return visits. It does not create person profiles, automatically capture clicks, or record sessions. Page views and explicitly tracked clicks, such as “contact”, remain enabled unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
What’s collected
Usage data processed by PostHog includes page views, the referring site, approximate location, device type, and clicks on links like “contact”. PostHog receives your IP address and uses it to estimate your approximate location. This site does not collect precise location. The site is served from Vercel, whose host also keeps standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for its retention window. I don’t sell this data.
If you email tyrian.horton@gmail.com, I read it. Replies are stored in my inbox until I delete them. I don’t add addresses to mailing lists, and there are no mailing lists to be added to.
Third parties
Analytics is processed by PostHog as a data processor. The site also links to LinkedIn, X, and the Apple App Store. Those pages are governed by their own policies.
