Senior product manager. Enterprise SaaS, platform & API at global scale. Ten years at T-Mobile before that: sales to product, the last stretch running a sixteen-person product and engineering team on the enterprise payments roadmap.
The day job is enterprise product work: VOC roundtables, roadmap reviews, keeping engineering and field teams aligned across regions. The kind of system you only see clearly from inside.
The apps are the practice side: how I keep product judgment close to real users and real subscription mechanics. An AI-agent toolchain I direct writes the Swift to my spec; I own the spec, the release gates, and every ship decision.
In July a pipeline I run republished the same numbers for three days straight while every health check stayed green. Nothing paged, because the checks asked whether the job had run, not whether its output was fresh. I caught it by noticing the numbers had not moved. The fix that mattered was not the two-line bug, it was adding a check that pages on stale data no matter how green everything else looks. Full postmortem.

October 2026
- Nestling 3.22 and Contraction Timer 1.1: steadier Apple Watch logging after data deletion, and better support for larger text sizes.
- GoScript 1.4.12: word counts and scroll pacing that work for Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and other scripts written without spaces.
- HabitUnlock 1.9.6: push-up goals now count reps instead of estimating time; layout fixes for smaller iPhones.
September 2026
- Found marketing-site analytics silently dropping events behind HTTP 200s. Fixed the root cause on Nestling's site, moved three sites to cookie-free analytics by default, and added a daily heartbeat that reads events back from storage.
- OfferStory: caught release notes telling 10 storefronts, in their own languages, that the app was translated for them when it wasn't. Corrected locale by locale.
- OfferStory 1.11.13: practice sessions now recover when transcription or feedback is unavailable. Tonebook 2.3.10, Milevo 2.6.9, and IconBundler 2.30.4 shipped the same month.
August 2026
- Shipped all eight apps in one release train, with store listings localized into 42 to 50 locales per app.
- HabitUnlock: found the core app-blocking loop switched off for free users by a premium gate, and repaired it.
- Rebuilt trial reporting after finding most recorded “trials” were offer-code redemptions, not people choosing a free trial.
June 2026
- Portfolio-wide observability + funnel audit: bottom-funnel instrumentation had silently broken after a paywall migration that moved the conversion events, so I rebuilt it and stood up a monitor that pages me when a funnel event goes dark.
- Recovered Apple in-app-purchase revenue ingestion across the portfolio. Sales proceeds were landing at $0 from a vendor-attribution bug; reconciled against RevenueCat to the cent.
- Nestling Labor: shipped a WatchConnectivity crash guard and submitted the contraction-timer build; App Store review approved the in-app purchase.
- Cross-portfolio website + brand audit: nine web properties reviewed end-to-end, fixes staged per repo.
May 2026
- HabitUnlock v1.7: extended-trial as Path B promo offer for dismissers, retargeted across 175 territories.
- Milevo v2.2: exit-offer sheet close-on-accept, sample prefill in first invoice.
- Tonebook: Pro Weekly auto-renew disclosure across locales, RC v3 stable appUserID at configure-time.
- Nestling Labor: HealthKit disclosure precision fix, build in App Review.
- Cross-portfolio: migrated four apps’ legal URLs after a hosting platform suspended the legal-pages account.
